The Controls Director serves as the functional authority for controls engineering across Nscale's data center fleet, establishing standards for BMS/BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and HMI platforms. This leadership role oversees commissioning discipline, drives the Design for Manufacture and Assembly program, and manages a team of specialists to ensure consistent, reliable operations across the Americas region. The position focuses on governance, standards enforcement, and team development to support the company's hyperscale AI infrastructure growth.
