Director, Copay & Affordability

The Director, Copay & Affordability leads the team responsible for managing the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of Amgen’s pharmacy benefit co-pay programs. This role develops new solutions to address patient affordability needs and aligns patient affordability strategies with brand strategic imperatives and financial goals. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure the pull-through of Patient Affordability solutions and overseeing team budget management and vendor relationships.
