About this role

This senior leadership role reports to the CFO and drives the company's Strategy, M&A, and strategic planning initiatives for Amp Americas. The Director will lead due diligence, structure complex financial transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities in the renewable hydrogen and carbon-negative fuel markets.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct comprehensive due diligence activities for M&A and joint ventures
Structure and negotiate complex debt agreements and commercial relationships
Develop targeted acquisition plans and assess competitor market opportunities
Support capital markets activities and funding initiatives for corporate growth
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic finance initiatives
