About this role
The Director, Corporate Development (based in Amsterdam) supports sourcing, evaluating and executing strategic transactions across M&A, joint ventures, equity raises and strategic plans. The role reports to the SVP, Corporate Development with a dotted line to the EMEA Managing Director and contributes to EMEA strategy implementation. The position collaborates with internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive strategic growth across the company’s global data center business.
