About this role

The Director of Corporate Development at HP will lead all phases of M&A transactions, from target identification and valuation through due diligence, negotiation, and deal approval. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Development & Ventures, this role partners with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to shape inorganic strategy, manage deal pipelines, and ensure seamless integration and value realization.
