Director, Corporate Development

The Director of Corporate Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments to drive long-term company growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the position leads the corporate development team and collaborates across functions on capital structure planning, major asset transactions, and executive and Board reporting. The role involves overseeing due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, and integration processes while supporting real estate and power procurement initiatives.
