Director, Corporate Governance

The Director, Corporate Governance role provides senior company secretarial and governance support within the Paris-based Europe Company Secretariat team. This position supports the delivery of governance activities across Barclays Europe, including board and committee support, legal entity governance, and regulatory engagement.
