Director, Corporate Process Safety Management

The Director, Corporate Process Safety Management is a critical global leadership role responsible for shaping and advancing Lubrizol’s process safety strategy across a diverse manufacturing network. This leader will establish the vision for process safety excellence, strengthen enterprise-wide governance, and drive the continued evolution of risk management systems, technical capabilities, and safety culture to protect people, assets, and communities around the world. Partnering closely with regional EHS leaders, operations, engineering, legal, and executive stakeholders, the Director will champion a consistent and high-performing Process Safety Management (PSM) framework across global operations.
