Director, Cost Engineering

The Director of Cost Engineering leads the development and deployment of enterprise-wide should-costing, cost transparency, and value engineering capabilities to improve commercial outcomes and supplier negotiations. This strategic role combines deep technical cost understanding with procurement leadership to drive sustainable margin improvement and fact-based decision-making across direct material and operational spend. The position involves leading a team of cost engineers and collaborating closely with Finance and Category teams to embed cost methodologies into sourcing processes.
