Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term growth strategies for North American food categories
Lead end-to-end licensing lifecycle including sourcing and complex deal negotiations
Manage licensee portfolio to resolve operational issues and ensure partner satisfaction
Maintain full commercial accountability including revenue forecasting and budget reconciliation
Oversee product category licensing to ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
