Head of Wholesale Credit Risk Policy leading enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize credit risk frameworks, policies, systems, and governance in support of Ambition 2030. The role partners with Technology, Risk and business leaders and provides senior-executive and regulator-facing exposure to align policy with regulatory requirements and transformation programs. Responsible for shaping strategy at a group/enterprise level and ensuring policy integration with data, systems, controls and reporting.
