About this role
The Director, CRM & Loyalty will own and evolve Zenni Optical’s global customer lifecycle and loyalty strategy across email, SMS, mobile push, in-app messaging, on-site personalization, and loyalty programming. This leader will drive customer activation, repeat purchases, retention, and lifetime value while leading CRM modernization efforts such as platform migration, CDP implementation, and data governance. The role reports to the VP, Engagement Marketing and blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
