About this role
The Director, Customer Experience Insights & Analytics at Labcorp leads the measurement and strategic use of customer feedback to shape business decisions and drive a customer-first culture. The role partners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to embed insights into organizational priorities. The position is based near Burlington or Durham, NC and follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three in-office days per week.
