About this role
The Director of Digital Onboarding at Kaseya will lead and scale digital onboarding and adoption experiences across the company’s SaaS product portfolio. The role is focused on building scalable, data-driven onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-value, improve adoption, and enhance overall customer experience. This position is based in Colombia and partners closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Go‑To‑Market teams.
