Director, Customer Success

SuiteSpot is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead, scale, and mature its Customer Success organization. The role involves building and executing a comprehensive success strategy, hiring and mentoring a high‑performing team of CSMs, and serving as an executive partner for key accounts to drive retention, net revenue retention, and product adoption. This fully remote position works with cross‑functional teams to align implementation, support, and product roadmaps with customer outcomes.
