Director Cybersecurity

The Director of Cybersecurity leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Bridgewater Bank’s cybersecurity architecture and technology controls. This hands-on role combines strategic leadership with direct technical involvement across Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid infrastructure, and defensive security technologies. The position partners with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, and regulatory expectations.
