The Director, Data & AI Platforms leads the Data & AI Architecture & Platforms team at DePuy Synthes, a standalone orthopaedics business of Johnson & Johnson. This role involves building and managing enterprise data and AI platforms on AWS and Databricks, consolidating fragmented data estates, and ensuring business continuity through corporate separation. The position requires strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to direct distributed engineering teams across the US and India.
