About this role

The Director of Data Analytics and Engineering leads MSIG USA's data engineering and analytics functions, building and scaling a high-performing team to deliver data infrastructure, pipelines, and insights for the P&C insurance business. Reporting to the CDAO, this role owns the end-to-end delivery of the data platform, drives engineering excellence, and partners with business leaders to translate data into measurable value. The position requires strategic leadership, talent development, and technical credibility across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Azure ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale data engineering and analytics teams across insurance domains
Design and deliver data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
Govern enterprise semantic models and Power BI reporting solutions
