Director, Data Architecture/Engineering

This role leads the architecture, design, and scaling of complex multi-agent AI workflows and data management systems for Hyperion's Private Markets division. The incumbent drives the end-to-end lifecycle of AI applications, integrates LLM-powered capabilities into core products, and establishes engineering best practices for responsible AI in a regulated enterprise environment. Additionally, the position involves building and mentoring a high-performing team of engineers and applied AI practitioners to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
