Director, Data Engineering

Voya Financial is seeking a Director of Data Engineering to provide hands-on technical leadership for multiple data-engineering teams supporting its Wealth business, including retirement and retail wealth capabilities. This role combines people leadership with deep technical judgment to guide teams in making sound architecture, solution-design, and data-engineering decisions while delivering reliable end-to-end data pipelines. The position allows for remote work from home, with a strong preference for East Coast location or Eastern Time working-hour alignment.
