Director, Data Scientist

The Director of Data Scientist at Mastercard leads the development of machine learning models for Anti-Money Laundering and crypto risk detection to protect financial institutions and cardholders across the Americas. As a player-coach, this role combines hands-on technical contribution with the leadership of a high-performing data science team, owning the end-to-end model development lifecycle. The position requires defining the technical roadmap while closely partnering with Product and Engineering teams to deliver robust financial crime prevention solutions.
