Director, Decision Risk Infrastructure

About this role
The Director, Decision Infrastructure will lead the Decision Systems team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining LendingClub’s decision infrastructure and related data interfaces. The role partners across credit risk, modeling, engineering, product, and business teams to deliver automated decisioning technology that supports strategic objectives. This position reports to the VP of Risk Infrastructure and guides the team through complex, cross-functional initiatives.
