Director, Decision Science Analytics – Life Company Data and Analytics

The Director, Decision Science Analytics leads a team within USAA’s Life Company Data and Analytics organization focused on developing analytical solutions, reporting, and AI capabilities for the Service, Annuity, and Health lines of business. This role partners with business stakeholders to shape analytics strategy, advance team data acumen, and promote data-driven decision making. The position is based on the San Antonio, TX campus and requires being in the office four days per week.
