About this role

As Director of Defense at Arc, you will build and lead the company's defense organization from the ground up, establishing strategy and external presence with the U.S. military and allied governments. You will own the roadmap for electric marine propulsion in defense applications, manage a team covering sales and business development, and serve as the executive face to key stakeholders including the DoD and prime contractors.

Responsibilities

Define and own Arc's Defense strategy across all service branches
Build and lead the Defense organization including sales and business development
Establish operating cadence and pipeline discipline for the defense business
Serve as Arc's external face to the DoD and allied partners
Lead capture strategy and execution for priority defense pursuits
