Director Demand Planning

The Director, Demand Planning leads a team responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts and planning practices to drive product replenishment, supplier collaboration, logistics, operations, and product lifecycle management. The role is part of Sysco’s Supplier & Inventory Management function and partners closely with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, and Finance. The director provides subject matter expertise in forecasting methodologies, inventory stewardship, and cross-functional alignment to support service, revenue growth, and working capital efficiency.
