About this role

The Director, Design & Construction will lead the planning, design, and delivery of major capital construction projects supporting rocket manufacturing in the Southeast US region. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of complex, mission-critical facilities, ensuring projects meet safety, regulatory, and operational requirements while staying on schedule and within budget. The director partners across functions to translate technical requirements into scalable facilities and builds a high-performing design and construction team. The position requires clearance for on-site work at a government partner location in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
