Lead the Developer Go-To-Market (GTM) engine for APAC, setting regional plans and driving conversion of developer usage into durable revenue. Act as the in-region proxy for global Directors, recruit and develop managers and ICs, and coordinate cross-functional execution across ANZ, SEA, Japan, Korea, and India. Ensure developer experience remains central while providing clear signals to Product and regional Sales leadership.
