Director, Development Strategy and Communications

The Director, Development Strategy and Communications at Grace Place for Children and Families will lead fundraising operations, donor communications, and campaign coordination for the Annual Fund and Sustainability Campaign. Working closely with senior leadership, the role translates strategic fundraising plans into actionable initiatives, manages donor pipelines, and oversees moves‑management and stewardship systems to drive revenue growth and long‑term sustainability.
