Director, Development

The Director of Development for Prologis’ East Region leads land and building development initiatives—overseeing pursuits, due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting and construction for industrial, warehouse and data center projects. The role is based in Lehigh Valley, PA or Columbia, MD and partners closely with deployment, leasing and regional teams while coaching and managing project management staff. The director drives development performance, cost and schedule optimization, and implementation of best practices across the development portfolio.
