Director - Direct Sales

The Direct Sales Director will lead Chariot Energy’s retail energy offerings for Commercial & Industrial customers, building the direct sales organization and operations for C&I accounts. Based in Houston, the role is responsible for developing strategy, growing the customer pipeline in deregulated markets, and coordinating across sales, trading, and product teams. The position also supports corporate growth initiatives including M&A activity related to energy storage and platform acquisitions.
