Director, Distribution Operations – Americas

The Director, Distribution Operations – Americas is a senior regional leader responsible for the company’s distribution and warehousing network across the Americas, supporting wholesale, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels. The role serves as the primary company liaison with external 3PL partners and works cross-functionally with supply chain, inventory, customer service, sales, and finance teams to enable scalable, cost-effective fulfillment. This position is based near Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or Hershey/Mechanicsburg, PA and operates in a hybrid model with regular onsite presence.
