The Director, Donor Experience & Leadership Giving is a senior advancement leader in the Broad-Based Campaigns & Strategic Engagement (BCSE) unit at the University of Maryland, focused on developing an engaged pipeline of major gift donors through a donor-centric, analytical approach. The position oversees two complementary teams (Donor Experience and Leadership Giving) that identify and qualify prospects capable of gifts up to $50,000. This role is situated within Central Development in University Relations and supports institutional philanthropic goals and culture.
