Director - Donor Relations

The Director of Donor Relations leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of donor stewardship programs to strengthen donor engagement, loyalty, and philanthropic support for Catholic Charities. This role involves implementing an annual stewardship plan, planning engagement events, and ensuring timely expressions of gratitude for all donor commitments. The position requires partnering with internal teams to align stewardship efforts with organizational goals and leading the Donor Relations team to foster a positive, purpose-driven culture.
