Director, Drug Safety

LeonaBio is seeking a Director, Drug Safety to lead drug safety and pharmacovigilance strategy across two development programs, overseeing signal detection, risk management, regulatory submissions, and building core safety infrastructure in a lean biotech environment. The role reports to the SVP, Drug Development Operations and serves as a key cross‑functional and executive partner.
