The Director, eCOA Licensing and Localization leads the eCOA shared services domain, overseeing teams responsible for eCOA configuration, instrument licensing, multilingual localization, and screenshot production. This senior, customer‑facing role manages commercial relationships with licensing and translation partners, drives process improvements, and collaborates with product, sales, and delivery teams to ensure audit‑ready, regulatory‑compliant deliverables.
