Director, Education and Certification

The Director, Education and Certification leads MRC’s global education portfolio, including professional development programs, digital learning, certification, and supporting learning systems and partnerships. Reporting to the CEO, this role sets the education strategy, translates organizational priorities into an annual education plan, and is accountable for the portfolio’s member value, quality, growth, and financial performance. The role leads the education team, develops its capabilities, and works across MRC to deliver learning experiences that are relevant, practical, and aligned with the needs of payments and fraud professionals.
