About this role

The Director, EMEA Controller based in Luxembourg will lead accounting operations and financial reporting for EMEA legal entities, reporting to the Global Controller. This senior role will scale Robinhood’s international accounting function, ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and local statutory requirements, and partner across finance, legal, tax, product, and engineering. The role also involves building and mentoring a regional accounting team and supporting finance transformation initiatives and M&A integration activities.
