Director, Employee and Labour Relations

The Director, Employee and Labour Relations leads the Employee & Labour Relations portfolio at NAIT, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Human Resources. This role provides strategic leadership for labour relations, collective bargaining, workforce risk, and ability management while fostering productive relationships with employees, leaders, and unions. The position serves as a trusted advisor to executive leaders on complex workplace matters and ensures fair, consistent, and sustainable outcomes for the organization and its workforce.
