NVIDIA is hiring a strategic leader to define and enterprise-wide Employee Experience (EX) with a special focus on Digital Employee Experience (DEX), ensuring IT interactions are intuitive and frictionless across the full employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with IT, product, and business teams within End-User IT Support to shape tools, telemetry, and programs that enable employee productivity and satisfaction. The leader will drive measurement, strategy, and cross-functional alignment to improve digital touchpoints and outcomes.
