Director, Employee Experience

The Director of Employee Experience reports to the Interim Vice President for Talent, Culture, and Human Resources and serves as a strategic and hands‑on leader to enhance leadership effectiveness, manager capability, employee relations, and overall organizational health across campus. The role combines high‑level strategy with direct execution, including designing leadership initiatives, conducting complex workplace investigations, facilitating conflict resolution, and advising on performance and workforce challenges.
