Director, Employee Experience

The Director, Employee Experience will lead the design and execution of Red River Co-op's employee experience strategy, building capabilities across talent acquisition, engagement, and organizational change. This role involves creating a compelling employer brand, developing recognition initiatives, and establishing metrics to measure impact across recruitment and retention. The position requires partnering with leaders to enhance employee listening and communications while leading the evolving Employee Experience team.
