Director, Employee Relations

The Director of Employee Relations will build and lead a global Employee Relations Center of Excellence to deliver a consistent employee experience and mitigate organizational risk. This role involves partnering with HR Business Partners and Legal to handle complex investigations, develop scalable policies, and establish standardized processes for resolving employee issues. Reporting to the VP of Global Human Resources, the director ensures fair and compliant employment practices while driving strategic initiatives that support business needs.
