Director, Employee Relations

The Director, Employee Relations provides strategic leadership for the Ottawa Police Service’s Employee Relations function, encompassing Labour Relations and Abilities Management. This role involves overseeing collective bargaining, grievance management, disability and medical leave claims, and Occupational Health and Safety programs. The position requires expert advice on complex employee relations matters and represents the service in various leadership capacities.
