Director, Employee Relations

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Employee Relations to lead the Employee Relations function, setting strategy and standards for identifying, investigating, and resolving employee relations matters across a multi-site, field-based workforce. The role involves owning high-risk work, including EEOC charge response and complex workplace investigations, while serving as the primary connection to Legal and partnering with People Business Partners. The ideal candidate combines deep employee relations and labor relations expertise with strong people leadership skills to build scalable, defensible ER practices.
