Director, EMR Integration & Optimization

The Director of EMR Integration & Optimization leads the organization, implementation, and ongoing data management for the company's non-WoundDocs EMR sites, collaborating with clinical services, regional leadership, and senior leadership to deliver best-in-class clinical quality and outcomes. This role focuses on optimizing clinical quality through reporting, policy development, EMR utilization, and performance improvement activities across all RXH service lines. The position also involves strategic oversight of the EPIC platform, ensuring it supports clinical care and company goals while managing vendor relationships and providing end-user training.
