Director, Enforcement

The Director, Enforcement leads the BCER's provincial enforcement program, establishing direction, priorities, and risk-based decision-making to ensure consistent and defensible regulatory outcomes. The role involves overseeing a geographically dispersed team, managing complex enforcement matters, and providing strategic advice to senior leadership on regulatory and policy improvements. This position represents the BCER in discussions with government agencies, industry, and other external stakeholders to enhance regulatory integration and compliance.
