The Director Engineering, Supplier Development leads the Supplier Development Advanced Catheter category and provides strategic support to external manufacturing within the Global Operations & Quality team. This role involves partnering cross-functionally to develop and commercialize innovative cardiovascular technologies while ensuring supplier readiness and technical capability. The position requires hands-on technical leadership, team development, and driving continuous improvement across commercial products and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Lead Supplier Development Engineering activities across new product development and lifecycle management
Partner cross-functionally with R&D and Sourcing to develop and commercialize innovative cardiovascular technologies
Provide engineering leadership throughout the product development lifecycle including design development and verification
