About this role

The Director, Enterprise AI Enablement leads the strategy and execution of QTS' Enterprise AI Platform, ensuring AI tools are usable, governed, and scalable for employees across the U.S. and Europe. This senior leader builds and manages the enablement organization, drives enterprise-wide adoption of tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, and establishes governance standards to replace shadow AI with sanctioned solutions. The role involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, manage budgets, and measure the business impact of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform and Enablement lane
Build and lead the enablement organization including managers and specialists
Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved AI tools
Establish AI governance standards and replace shadow AI with sanctioned solutions
Define, track, and report enterprise adoption metrics to senior leadership
