Director, Enterprise AI Enablement

This high-visibility role leads iFIT's shift toward AI-powered ways of working by shaping strategy, governance, and technical standards for AI tooling. The Director will co-chair the AI Governance Committee, build a community of business AI leaders, and act as a player/coach to drive automation and responsible AI adoption across operational functions. The position requires a blend of technical depth in agentic AI systems and business fluency to identify high-value opportunities and scale AI use cases company-wide.
