Director, Enterprise, Architecture & Governance

The Director, Enterprise, Architecture & Governance leads the strategy, modernization, and governance of DC Water’s enterprise technology environment. This executive role establishes architecture standards, drives a unified platform strategy, and ensures technology investments align with organizational priorities and operational objectives. The role oversees enterprise architecture and technology governance, including REQ-0 and REQ-1 reviews, while leading platform rationalization across Oracle, SAP, IBM Maximo, ArcGIS, and operational technologies. As Chair of the Enterprise Architecture Committee, the Director serves as the technology decision authority, aligning investments with enterprise standards, critical infrastructure resilience, and the IT Strategy and Roadmap.
